Zia Haq | Brother Blackhawk
Mr. Zia Haq, Brother Blackhawk, crossed into Sigma Beta Rho Fraternity during the Fall Semester of 2008. Hailing from, Lahore, Pakistan, Mr. Haq moved to the United States in 1987 with his family. At the age of 20, Zia enlisted in the United States Army. He served 6 years as Public Affairs officer alongside the First Cavalry Division. After serving in Afghanistan, Haq returned to school at the University of Houston.
As a member of Sigma Beta Rho, Zia has been eminent for his hard work and dedication both inside and outside our fraternity. Zia is the curent Vice President of External Affairs, and he was recently elected the Internal Vice President of the Multicultural Greek Council.
